Schooting Schedule

When Brian Met Julie

The Pair with the Ring

In loving memory of Lynne & Eric

All cast and crew are required for the whole shooting schedule and you are all asked to be suited and booted (boys) or in your posh frocks (girls).

SET ONE

The transport:

Coaches leave Craiglands Hotel (Ilkley) on August 9th at 2pm

Destination: St Peter's Church, Rawdon

The service

Time & Date: August 9th at 3pm

Location: St Peter's Church, Rawdon

Vicar: The Revd Christopher Morris

Props required: two rings and some confetti

Details: Apart from our official photographers (Anne Morgan and Matthew Horgan), guests are asked not to take photographs with a camera using a flash in the church during the service. Video cameras are allowed. There will be an opportunity for photographs to be taken after the service.

Car parking: because the road outside the church on Town Street is narrow and easily becomes congested with parked cars, please use the car parks either at Rawden St Peter's CofE School (Brian's old school!), which is about 50yards along Town Sreet (towards the village) or at the Jubilee Hall, which is behind the church (access via Layton Avenue).

PLEASE USE THE COACHES IF YOU CAN - IT WILL BE EASIER.......! SEE HERE

Confetti is allowed outside the church. We have some real lavender confetti for those without! Please see one of the bridesmaids (Rachel, Ruth or Liz) or the Ushers (David, Michael or Wil) for this on the day.

End of shoot: 4.30pm - Coaches leave church heading for Ilkley
